Bridal bookings are opened up to one year in advance and event bookings are opened up to three months in advance for Vivien and Christabel unless otherwise stated. Do note that bookings are subjected to artist’s availability.
To ensure we can serve all our brides professionally and fairly, we are only able to confirm booking once your wedding schedule is finalised. As bridal makeup involves precise timing and logistics, we often have other appointments scheduled before and/or after your makeover on the same day.
That said, we are unfortunately unable to reserve an entire day without a confirmed timeline. Once your schedule is firm, we will be happy to check our artist's availability and advise on the best arrangement for your day.
Yes, you may proceed with a trial-only booking. Your trial session should be completed within 1 week of confirming your trial booking, during which your actual day appointment will be soft-booked. After the trial, you will have up to 3 days to decide whether you would like to proceed with your actual day booking. Your actual day date and time slot will be soft-booked for you during this 3-day decision period.
Once you decide to confirm your bridal booking, you will simply be required to top up the difference to the full package rate.
The purpose of a bridal trial is to ensure that your actual day makeover goes smoothly. This means that many discussions will take place as we proceed with the trial and products that will not affect the preview of your actual day look may be skipped. We may even try on different looks on each eye to preview some style choices. As such we strictly do not allow for trial makeover to be used for other events.
A fresh makeup look is a 3-hour session of bespoke makeup and hairstyling, created from a fresh slate for a polished, refined finish. A second fresh look is highly recommend if you have sufficient time between a long day of programme to ensure you remain flawless throughout a long day of events.
A touch-up is charged hourly and refers to on-the-go touchup and any style change that is required during the stipulated time. This is highly recommended for your pre-wedding or any outdoor shoots you may have. During this time your artist will ensure that your makeup remains in tip-top condition, taking care of any smudges, lipstick touchups and ensuring perfect hair placement! Kindly note that hourly touchups are only available immediately before or after a fresh look or style change.
A style change refers to a 45 minutes sit-down session consisting of mainly a hairstyle change and light makeup touchup. This is a great option if you'd like a different look within a short amount of time. Eg. before 2nd march-in or between your tea ceremony and 1st march-in.
Postponement of booking will be allowed subjected to artist’s availability. Should bad weather forecast affect your plans to do a pre-wedding shoot, postponement will be allowed minimally 1-hour before your appointment begins. Any cancellation upon confirmation will result in the forfeiting of your deposit.
Yes. To ensure our artists arrive well-rested, prepared, and on time for your wedding day, early morning surcharges apply based on the artist’s arrival time. Rates vary by artist tier (Director, Lead, or Junior).
• Director Artist: Early arrival fees range from $150–$300 for call times before 7.30am.
• Lead & Junior Artists: Early arrival fees range from $100–$250 for call times before 7.30am.
A remote location fee of $100 per trip applies for services in Sentosa, Tuas, and off-island locations.

After confirming your details with your artist, you will be sent an invoice requesting for a 50% deposit which will confirm your booking. Your booking will be reserved for one week from date of invoice until deposit is made. Failure to make deposit payment on time will result in the release of your booking slot. Balance payment will be due one week after your day of service.
