When should I book my wedding makeup artist?Bridal bookings are opened up to one year in advance and event bookings are opened up to three months in advance for Vivien and Christabel unless otherwise stated. Do note that bookings are subjected to artist’s availability.
-
My wedding day schedule is not fixed. Can I confirm a bridal artist first?Due to the nature of our work we are unfortunately not able to confirm a booking without confirmation of your wedding schedule. Do note that we may have other bookings before and/or after your makeover and we will not be able to reserve a full work day for any clients.
-
Can I book a trial before confirming my actual day makeover?Yes you may! However, your trial should be completed within 2 weeks of confirming your trial booking. After which, you have up to one week to confirm whether or not you wish to proceed with your actual day booking. Your actual day date and time slot will only be soft-booked until one week from your trial.
-
Can I use my trial makeover for other events eg. pre-wedding shoot? The purpose of a bridal trial is to ensure that your actual day makeover goes smoothly. This means that many discussions will take place as we proceed with the trial and products that will not affect the preview of your actual day look may be skipped. We may even try on different looks on each eye to preview some style choices. As such we strictly do not allow for trial makeover to be used for other events.

What's the difference between a style change and a second look?A style change refers to a 30-45 minutes sit-down session consisting of a hairstyle change and minimal makeup touchup. This is a great option if you'd like a different look within a short amount of time. Eg. style change for 2nd march-in. A second look on the other hand refers to a complete fresh makeover. This will be a 3 hour session that begins with a bare face and a complete hairstyle makeover. This is highly recommended if your banquet/event is more than 8 hours after the completion of your first look to ensure that your makeover remains fresh and photogenic from every angle! We're definitely not gonna risk our makeup melting off in Singapore's weather!
-
Can I postpone or cancel my booking due to unforeseen circumstances?Postponement of booking will be allowed subjected to artist’s availability. Should bad weather forecast affect your plans to do a pre-wedding shoot, postponement will be allowed minimally 1-hour before your appointment begins. Any cancellation upon confirmation will result in the forfeiting of your deposit.
-
What are your payment terms? After confirming your details with your artist, you will be sent an invoice requesting for a 50% deposit which will confirm your booking. Your booking will be reserved for one week from date of invoice until deposit is made. Failure to make deposit payment on time will result in the release of your booking slot. Balance payment will be due one week after your day of service.
